Big & Clear, Row Estimate and Big & Clear Activity do not create accounts, transmit data or include tracking. They use values supplied locally by the watch for display/calculation. Row Estimate writes its estimated distance to the local activity FIT file so Garmin Connect can display it.
The request form stores your problem, sport/context, Garmin model, email, consent choice, status and timestamps. Email is private and is not shown on the public roadmap. It is used for request follow-up; broader updates require the separate optional checkbox.
The site records a small allowlist of aggregate actions such as Store, Ko-fi and request clicks with page and UTM campaign values. It does not create a cross-site profile or store the visitor IP in the application database.
Rejected or inactive requests will be deleted or anonymized after 12 months. Operational event rows are retained for 13 months. Email [email protected] to access, correct or delete a request or remove supporter recognition.
Cloudflare hosts the site, spam check and request database. Ko-fi/PayPal process voluntary donations under their own policies. Garmin distributes the watch apps under its Store policies.
