History and intervals

Add today or a past date, select Whole blood, Plasma, Platelets, Double red cells or Other, and correct entries through edit/delete/undo. Configure each type independently from 14 to 365 days, or disable it. The app blocks duplicates and future donation dates.

Appointments and reminders

Add a future local date, time and type. Depending on watch capabilities, the app uses a native notification or an open-app fallback. The reminder-status screen shows the last attempted channel and pending state. Glance and complication surfaces are available only on compatible devices; the full countdown remains in the main app.

Calendar and encrypted backup

The phone calendar flow creates an ICS file only after confirmation. Backup encrypts and authenticates the data before the temporary bridge receives it; ciphertext is retained for at most 30 minutes. Keep the downloaded readable backup as sensitive personal data. Export before uninstalling or downgrading if the history matters.

Privacy details

The app does not request GPS, sensors, profile or FIT permissions. Ledger, settings and statistics remain on the watch. Optional phone flows use Communications; encrypted transfer can expose timing and blob size, never the secret or readable health fields.

Troubleshooting

• App will not open or shows IQ!: do not uninstall yet. Sync once, restart the watch and note model, firmware and app version.
• Still failing: connect the watch by USB and copy the matching ciq_log.* file from GARMIN/APPS/LOGS before reinstalling; send it through support.
• No reminder: open reminder status, confirm the interval/appointment, app notification permission and device capability.
• Restore rejected: verify the correct secret and an unmodified backup; never send us the secret.
