Privacy: the current match and preferences stay in local Garmin app storage. Court Ledger has zero permissions and creates no FIT activity.
Before the match
On READY, START begins. UP changes Tennis/Padel, MENU cycles best of 1/3/5 and DOWN toggles advantage versus golden point. Connect IQ settings also control the deciding set, first server and vibration.
Score and undo
- Buttons: START scores Team A; DOWN scores Team B; UP or MENU undoes the last point.
- Touch: tap the left or right half; swipe up to undo.
- The same undo restores point, game, set and server together.
Tie-breaks and exit
A standard tie-break starts at 6–6 and is first to 7, win by 2. If enabled, the deciding super tie-break is first to 10, win by 2. BACK opens a protected exit; pressing BACK again saves locally and leaves. An interrupted current match is recovered when possible.
Troubleshooting
- Wrong side scored: undo once, then score the correct side.
- Unexpected format: return to READY or Connect IQ settings before starting a new match.
- Recovery prompt: continue only if the displayed score matches the interrupted match.
