Privacy: Plate Stack is offline, requests zero permissions and stores only the selected profile, bar and last compatible target.
Choose the equipment profile
In Connect IQ settings choose Metric Gym, Metric Competition, Imperial Gym or Imperial Competition, then the bar weight. The profile determines the available plate sizes and smallest possible load step.
Set the target
- UP/DOWN changes total load; MENU cycles minimum, 5, 10 and 20-unit steps.
- START opens the full largest-first stack for one side; load the same on the other side.
- On touch watches, tap left/right or swipe down/up to adjust; swipe sideways to change step.
What the result assumes
Verify the physical setup. The calculator assumes unlimited matching pairs from the selected profile. It does not know your inventory, collars, specialty bar, bar rating or asymmetric loading.
Troubleshooting
- Target skips a number: that load is not representable with the chosen bar/profile.
- Wrong units or plates: change profile and bar in Connect IQ settings, then reopen the app.
- Old target changed: after a profile change the app restores the nearest compatible target.
