Privacy: the selected list, cursor and checked items stay on the watch. The app requests zero permissions and cannot transmit them.
Use a checklist
Choose Run Race, Ride Day, Triathlon or Court Day. UP/DOWN changes item, START checks it and MENU opens Next List, Reset This and Clear All. Progress and critical omissions update immediately.
Touch controls
Swipe up/down through items, left/right between sports and tap an item to toggle it. Hold the screen to open list actions.
Saved progress and resets
Each sport keeps independent local progress when you exit. Reset This clears only the current sport. Clear All deliberately clears every checklist, so use it only when starting over.
Limits and troubleshooting
- Built-in lists are reminders, not complete rules. Always follow the organizer's mandatory equipment and safety guidance.
- If the wrong list opens, use Next List or a left/right swipe.
- If old checks remain, use Reset This; reinstalling can also erase all local progress.
